Wendy’s Above the Line Workshop touched our hearts and inspired us to be our best selves at the beautiful Center Street Retreat House. The morning feltlike a respite full of support and friendship.

Immediately following the workshop, there was a flood of requests for more. Parents told me “I cried tears of joy!” “This is the direction I’ve been searching for.” “Please do this again...soon!”

So, we set up a community of providers to sponsor an all-day retreat to show our commitment to you! You’ll be pampered with a homecooked breakfast and lunch prepared and served by your providers.

Wendy Soderman, Mindfulness Teacher, and special guest Tara Spears, owner of Togetherness Counseling, will lead us through practical ways to create a mindful home and life. Activities, downtime, mealtime and reflection time will help us connect and renew.
